Disappointed - I returned the headset after 1 day. No multipoint capability. Sound was disappointing when playing music.

When it comes to the music, too much treble and not enough bass. Don’t stay in my ears and cables don’t stay laying down.

They sounded great when they worked. They lasted 2 weeks before they broke. I have to take them to the apple store to get fixed.

This is my third exchange. I love the design and it works perfect with iPhone. Beats please fix the battery issues.

I’ve been eyeing these Beats for awhile and emdecides to purchase them. What a waste of money. Buy B&W ones instead

The headphones only lasted 6 hours. No matter how long I charged them, after 6 hours of use they would shut off.

I didn't like the quality of the bluetooth connection. Had to get them replaced after they stopped working.

The sound is fine but in just one year the battery stop charging and is been difficult to fix

I purchased these knowing and ond owning wired beats both buds and headphones these wireless ear buds sound tinny and no bass. I purchased a piar from one of those tv chanels 2 for $40 they sound like what I was expecting from BOSE just the opposite misplaced the reciept and threw out the box so i am stuck with them. I also changed the size of buds same thing very disappointed........

Earbuds do not have enough suction to properly stay in ear. Shopping for new earbuds! Sounds lack heavy bass!

I bought for my granddaughter who is 16. She is a dancer and listen To them when she dances. They were a Christmas gift in dec 2018. One side stopped working. Still under warranty sent then to beats and wanted 166.00 to fix. More then a new pair. She is a person on low income and always takes care of all her items or clothes. So I know they should if lasted more then 7 months

I couldn't get these to stay in my ear even with the attachments and the sound wasn't as good as buds in the past.

These are ok the battery life is not the best I like that they come with different size ear tips

Well they work god the obly problem is with the time the dont turn on and it dosent work anymorw

After doing some research I has came to my understanding the theres a battery defect the Apple/beats wants to own up to. This problem is so common that eventually it a 8/10 chance that it’s gonna happen. I bought 2 of the beatsx and they both are malfunctioning. What a waste.

Ear buds pop out with minimal movement. Tried using the different ear pieces but not impressed. Bose has better.

I returned these headphones due to low battery life and poor sound quality. Not worth the price at all.

These headphones is a waste of money it stop working for me after 6 months

One side of the ear phones stopped working, then I couldn’t get them to turn on at all. At this point I had them for only 6 months. I sent it in for repair, under the warranty, and received a new pair. The same problem happened again. I have had better luck with a $20 pair of bluetooth head phones. Wouldn’t buy another Beats product.
