Great quality. Bad physical fit. Personally I do not like the stiff wire behind my neck.

The Beats stopped workiing a month after I purchasing them. So upsetting and disappointing. Now because the 15 day return policy has lapsed I have to,work with Beats to correct the problem. A lot of hassle and hoops to jump through. I'll just eat my $120.00 purchase. Don't by them or you'll be in my same position.

I have used it very rarely, if I count actual days I used, it won’t be more than 3 months. It’s suddenly stopped charging, red light flashes and not charging. Support said ~$79 + shipping to fix it. Really? I can get new one with ~$90. Decided not to spend $s on it and to explore other brands

It was regular sounding earphones. I could’ve purchase Sony or something else.

The headphones worked for 30 days and then the battery stopped working.

I returned this item in the following day after my purchase. Very cheap sound quality and uncomfortable to use. The only good thing about it is you can easily connect to your iPhone. As a matter of fact I don’t recommend any Beats headphones!

Thought I could use these to work out ... nope maybe for just everyday use

I bought these wireless ear buds for an upcoming vacation. I thought they were a little on the heavy side, and the sound just wasn’t there. (Sounded tinny). If I pushed them in farther, they were ok, but didn’t work in my ears. I’ve had Bose ear buds (wired) and will go back to them. I ended up giving these away

one side of the headset speaker is not working. i spoke to best buy and apple customer. since it is 1 year 6 days old, i am not eligible for the service. i am surprised to hear Beats by Dr. Dre - BeatsX Earphones life for only one year.. Poor service and now my headphones is like trash.

The red light came on and wouldn't go off even after refreshing it like they said.

Ok sound quality, poor battery life, not worth the money in my opinion.

Purchased these for my wife and when she opened them they would not charge.

These headphones have widespread issues with the power button. My headphones will charge but I can't get them to power on I have followed troubleshooting steps and can't get them to work. If I connect them to the beats updater they show up that they are fully charged. Will never buy Beats again

Plain trash. I had these for half a year and they stopped charging. I sent them in for repair and they broke again a few months later. I ended up replacing them with Sony cheaper ones and those have been great. I will never buy beats again.

Just after one year of use, literally, cannot turn earphones on. Get three white blinking lights then shuts off. I expected more from this premium name. Had a pair of Toshiba wireless headphones that I paid a fraction of these and it lasted 5 years before they broke

After spending 127.00 in February for theses and the past 2 weeks the battery will not even stay charged 45 mins. Every one just bragged over them. So now I went back to my 3 year old LG 900 where the battery will last over 9 hours still. Total waste of single income mother's household money.

the sound quality wasn't as good as I thought it would be. returned the item.

My wife and I went through 4 pairs (3 purchased, 1 received via warranty return) in two years. They do not last well. It costs $75 to get a refurbished set via warranty so beware. Highly discourage buying these. We switched to Apple AirPods and haven’t had any complaints.

Not my favorite set of headphones. Jaybird Freedom and Airpods are better.
