Headphones are very low and does not have enough bass

I thought since I had a cheap $20 pair and they were good that a more expensive and well known pair would be amazingly better I was sadly disappointed no real improvements in sound quality or bass Don’t waist your money a $20 pair is just as good.

Sound is pretty flat, better options are available.

i bought this last june and now its off, not connecting to bluetooth and doesnt turn off the color is purple suppose to be red or white only ahhh this is very expensive for this to be broken soon. very diappointed i want my money back

I bought these to replace an LG headset that broke. I own a pair of Powerbeats and a pair of Beats Solo so I didn’t think these would be bad. After less than a week, there was no audio coming thru the left ear bud. I took them back for a refund.

I thought the sound quality was going to be better

I bought a beats x last week and it had a problem with the battery, I returned it and bought a second one, but the second one doesn’t sync. I’m not sure if it’s bestbuy or beats but what i know is that I don’t trust their products anymore

It worked for a couple of months but after a while stopped working in one ear and stop pairing to my phone . This is the second one I’ve bought it sucks !!

Unfortunately I wasn't able to give negative stars!! If you need headphones that do not charge unable to pick up the Bluetooth!! if you just want to waste $150 feel free to purchase this product I've never been so disappointed and Apple ever before!!!

Lasted a year, I send it back since it has a year Apple warranty , when I got The new ones or refurbished one that’s one only lasted like 3 months!

SO UNCOMFORTABLE FOR THE PRICE THE SOUND SUCKED! The earbuds sucked . The sales assoiciates kept raving about them and was shocked to see me return them. I exchanged for the jaybirds x3

Don’t buy these earphones. I’ve had them for a month and they stopped working one day. It would blink white 3 times and not respond. I’ve tried restarting it only for it to work for about 10 mins and then automatically shut off

The sound quality is horrible. I have a Google pixel 2 and the sound is poor. I also had trouble putting them in my ears, the plugs don't fit, even when i exchange the plugs for the different sizes that comes with the earphones.

Worked great for the first few weeks, now they won’t stay connected nor connect to my phone but will try to connect to any other phone around me. No apple care offered nor available for this product. Very disappointed.

Went through 3 pairs and finally gave up and got something else. The wire breaks in the piece that goes around the neck and cause one side to go out. A defect in the product.

They came with battery defects. Read reviews on YouTube videos, all are damaged in less than 6 months. I go for my second pair, but there are people who have changed them under guarantee more than 3 times.

Cheaper earphones out there do a better job than this . They don’t have good sound output only riding on the beats name . If I could send it back and get a different earphones from a different company I would .

I purchased these earbuds to replace my other Beats headphones (after they kept breaking on me) and I didn't even get to use this set! When I opened the box, they were broken! The wire wasn't even attached to the earbud.

Uncomfortable earphones and box display eight hours battery life but gave me no more than five hours, I received as a gift and by the time I received and using I was unable to change it for other one.

I like to run and listen to music, they fall off easily and the sound isn’t as good as the Apple or Bose....if you have used other earphones you’ll tell the difference...if not it’s ok sound
