I bought this very expensive and I didn’t even have a warranty I still can’t believe it stop working after a month or so very disappointed

hurts the ears the cord around the neck is uncomfortable i have bought it and returned , my kid did the same with his , bought a airpods instead

I got this to have I thought good sounds but it's very badly designed. It only lasted 1 year and of course it was a 1 year warranty....so mad

Not very comfortable. Poor battery life it say’s “8hr battery life” really it’s only about 4hrs! Not happy with purchase will be trying to return. Sound is meh

Had these 7 months and charging went out. Turns out the mesh in the speaker broke and not covered under warranty. This is not a quality product. Avoid this brand

Got this as a gift for someone who didn't want to risk having wireless earphones that might fall out while they were walking around, and this fit the bill. Though it was a bit pricey, it has Beats' reputation for quality sound and construction so all in all it was a solid choice.

Already in faulty state. After 1 month headphones no longer binds to phone or ipad. Seems like a recurring problem from the forums. Waste of money DON'T BUY...

These wireless earphones do not work. I’ve found that many other reviews online have the same problem mine have, and Apple refuses to refund.

They kept falling off during my workout. I try switching the ear plugs. Still kept falling off. I had to return them.

I recently decided to try out apple products. i've been a long time android user and thought I should see what the competition had to offer. So, i bought a iphone7 plus and needed some headphones. i spend a lot of my day on conference calls and have to have my hands free. In the past, i've had to stay in the same room as my phone to ensure good call quality...not anymore. the range on these headphones is AMAZING. I can go anywhere in my house and leave my phone anywhere. different rooms, different floors. the pairing if flawless, i've never had to repair. the music quality is great. I've tried other headphones like this but, never liked the fit or found the sound lacking, or i couldn't let anything get between my phone and the headphones. These are comfortable for hours. it took a little testing with the different tips but, now that i have them dialed in..perfect.

These suck. They don’t sound good, they short out and this has happened to more than 5 people I know. They are terrible. Never buy these!!!!

Disappointed, figured these would be top line. Maybe the pair I got was defective but the sound was horrible. I returned them and got my money back.

It worked wonderfully on the initial charge and then wouldn’t charge. Took it back for a refund. This was disappointing, as Apple owns this company.

I bought a pair for my niece for Christmas, and it stopped working by the middle of February. I’m very disappointed with this purchase.

You can't really walk while wearing it adds a lot of disturbance. I have used LG Bluetooth headsets before were much better in Quality than beats

(iPhone user) I gifted these to my brother for his birthday because he liked the once I had. My pros are: great quailty, great sound, charge very quickly, comfortable, lightweight and the feature of them being magnetic is great for me since they stay around my neck, giving me less to worry about me ever losing them. My cons: battery lasts 2 hours, and after 7 months of having them it was not instantly connecting to my phone or would not directly show until I looked to see my audio options on my music app, lastly after 7 months, the right headphone is no longer working out of nowhere. So now I have to go to get them sent to be repaired at the apple store.

Had to use warranty for replacement 9 months after purchasing than the replacements went out 6 months later will never buy again!!

I returned these ear phones because they were damaged when I first received my order. My replacement ear phones no longer work !
