I purchased this item for my boyfriend last month, he used it for only 3 weeks then it stopped charging.

Had for over a year and now it won't turn on, reset, update, nothing. Disposable garbage

I've had these about a month. There is lots to love about this pair of earphones, on the other hand it does also leave a lot to be desired in some areas. To those complaining about the sound quality. I hope you realize these are "bluetooth" headphones, the sound quality is going to be limited no matter what. It's a weakness of the technology (until it improves) and not the product itself. For being such a lightweight small bluetooth set, it sounds pretty darn good. Sure the bass could be richer, no doubt but I have other over the ear headphones when I want that deep bass. The neckband is super lightweight and well designed. The magnetic clasp is a nice touch. The ear pieces fit well and stay in the ear when running, biking, lifting weights, etc. The overall design is very hip and fashionable as all Beats By Dre products are. The battery life they purport at 8 hours seems true. The negatives. It took me a good 30 minutes to pair them to my iPhone. 29 minutes longer than it should have. I was literally pullling my hair out, I was so frustrated. It wasn't until I turned off my iPhone and turned it back on that it finally paired. The On/Off button is the one thing that is very poorly designed. When on your neck it's hard to locate as it sits almost flush with the rest of the band and then when you finally press it there is no click or haptic feedback that you've successfullly clicked on it. I took off one additional star because I wanted to add the warranty as I do all my products but to my surprise the Best Buy rep said they no longer do warranty on Apple/Beats products and would have to talk to Apple about adding a warranty. So I did, I talked to Apple and they told me to talk to Best Buy. I hope these don't go out on me.

Likes -For the first time I've purchased some earbud that actually stay in my ear. -I have not had any connection drops -great for working out. -weight on neck is almost none existent. They are extremely comfortable. Dislikes -the power button is hard to access -the headsphone remain on until you turn then off so make sure to cut then off when not in use. -there is no way to know how much battery you have unless you use the iPhone battery widget. -they are not water/sweat proof (however I have not had any issues and I sweat a lot doing workouts.)

The headphones fall out of your ear and you can lose them since there is not a magnet.

Defective-poor quality. Keep breaking. Have purchased numerous pairs.

I ended up returning the headphones. The sound quality was not up to par with beats by dre brand.

The wire is annoying, is not that flexible, next time I’ll go totally wireless, no wires at all

Didn’t like them at all, wish I had my money back, such cheap quality, not expected from Beats

This is my third pair and they have all gone out within the one year warranty expiration.

This last about 1 year. You’ll be back looking for something else with one one year.

Beats don’t stay charged as advertised. Doesn’t connect to iPad while using GarageBand.

It wasn't good for 8 hours including non talk non music time it couldn't hold 8 hours

Where is the bass? I've gotten better sound out of ear phones that were 1/5 the price.

Bought these and not a fan, worked out with them and the min you go to bench falls right out.

They were so not great, they got damage within a month, I would not recommend them !

Battery does not last 8 hours(it lasts 6h). DO NOT BUY THEM! Do not waste your money.
