Battery life not as advertised as charge did not last as long as expected

Bought these as a gift for my brother and he loved them. Said they were great for the gym so he didn't have a cord hanging in front of him.

I have several pairs of these headphones. I love them while they last. I can usually get 3 years of use out of them before I need to purchase a new pair.

Got these as a gift for a GF and she love them. I tried them on and the bass is deep. Easily connect to iOS as well. Best earbuds around for the price.

Had these for a few years and these worked perfectly!

I purchased these headphones in March 2018 for my daughter. She uses them to listen to music daily for roughly two hours per day. In August the headphones began to present a static/distortion noise intermittently. I find this odd that after less than five months of use the headphones would begin to malfunction at all. I didn't panic since the headphones come with a manufacturer’s twelve month warranty. However, I should have been suspicious when I purchased the headphones because Best Buy doesn't offer the option of purchasing a Best Buy warranty for this product. Several reviews warned of issues with longevity regarding Dr. Dre Beats products but after reading the positive reviews and having excellent experiences with several other Apple products I decided to buy these headphones anyway. I sent the headphones in under the warranty for repair. Imagine my astonishment when the assessment of the issue was as follows: "The head appear to have been modified or damaged by the user”. Repair options are as follows: Option 1: Pay $166.61 to have Apple repair the headphones, Option 2: Have Apple Return headphones unrepaired. Why would I pay more for the repair than the headphones are worth? The technician provided a picture of the damage it appeared from the image the left side was clouted with something. Once the headphones were returned I reviewed the issue and it appeared to be the glue used to hold in the screen had clouted the passage way along with ear wax. Apple should have fixed this under warranty. The glue holding the screen should have been able to withstand a little wax. I won’t be purchasing any more Beats headphones. I am really disappointed because I like the design and performance of these headphones. I expected more from Apple and I’m extremely disappointed that Apple choose not to honor the warranty and blame the user for the inferior performance of the product. I’m sticking with Bose from now they stand behind their headphone products. This short sighted business model will eventually catch up to Beats product line.

I wasn't sure I was going to like these with the reviews I've seen about bluetooth headphones. I was just about to take these back but before I did I got another pair of bluetooth headphones to compare. The beats were so much better. You might be surprised by the audio quality of bluetooth headphones if you've never used them before.

The sound on these is fantastic. It truly has noise cancelling at it's finest. But my biggest issue is these things will not stay in consistently, especially if you are doing a bench press. Will be selling to get powerbeats..

The beatsx were a great pair of wireless earphones, has a good amount of bass and secret different ear pieces to change the amount of bass produced. I loved loved loved my beatsx until they stopped working a little over a year later (of course after the one year warranty). The earphones just flash its led light between red and white while plugged in. They won’t turn on. I tried charging them, resetting them and checking to see if they needed an update. Nothing worked. And it costs $85 to repair while nee ones are currently going for $99. I’m very disappointed that they didn’t last very long.

Sounds Great ,Very Comfortable Very Poor Battery Life. No indication for when the calls ends or drops. Good for music,not really good for phone calls.

Loved them until they broke for no reason at 8 months. Apple replaced them for free and then the replacement pair broke after 6 months. Because it was out of warranty it would have been $80 for new ones. Really disappointed that I paid $111 for 16 months of use. For that much money I would hope for 2+ years. If you read the reviews on the apple website you will see that this is not uncommon. Be warned.

To be honest, i think that the sound quality is not good for the price. I think that the sound quality of the Apple EarPods that come with the iPhone have better sound quality.

I'm trying to find a better fitting set of earphones. I have a difficult time getting a set to fit properly without falling out. This set does offer a number of options with multiple ear tips and wing tips (you have to have patience when trying to attach them), but I found that the only way you get the best bass quality sound with these, they have fit VERY tight in your ears. That wasn't comfortable. I guess I'll have to stick with my free earphones that came with my Apple iPhone. They don't have to fit so snugly.

From an all Apple family, with 4 iPhones, 4 iPads, 3 Apple Watches, 2 MacBooks, 1 iMac...and one pair of wireless Beats, these are junk. Worse, Apples excuse to void the warranty really disappoints. From Day One, we had Bluetooth connectivity issues. Spoke with Apple Care with NO follow through as promised. Took to an Apple Store and noted NO physical damage, and even said, “unless they were dropped in a cup of coffee they (Apple) will repair or replace”. Two days later (wow that was fast), i get a brief email, “claim denied” with a small photo of the tiny speaker mesh (smaller than a cue tip) off center. Spoke to Apple care on the phone, they claimed final decision was speaker broken (which it wasn’t and isn’t since I’ve inspected since returning them to me)...warranty void! When it would connect we never had speaker / sound issues...and nothing from them about Bluetooth connectivity issues. Everyone I talked to could do nothing. I spent over an hour on the phone asking them how this was tested and how one would even get inside (and past the rubber ear plugs) to actually dislodge the speaker grill). Do not buy. Apple will not stand behind this product. With thousands of dollars invested in Apple products, I am so disappointed on how they handled a defective pair of $100 earbuds.
