    Horrible Battery Life

The battery life on these are an absolute joke, I have to charge them 3 times a week while my Beats solo2 I charge every 3 weeks. They also do take some getting used to, plus I thought I was able to take phone calls on these? Sure doesn't work with it. Just avoid these, they are only worth $75 tops, while the Beats Solo are worth their price easily. I've had the 2's since they came out and haven't had an issue.

    The sound quality is terrible

I purchased these and within 10 mins I was turning around to return them. They sound TERRIBLE. It's like listening to music/ podcast through a tin can. There was no bass what so ever. The free headphones that come with an iPhone blow the audio quality of these out of the water. Listening to music was like having someone hold headphones close to your ear but not being able to put them in. The music was flat. I thought well maybe podcasts sound ok. That is what I listen to when working out. Nope. It was like listening to a conversation through a wall with a cup. I'm so disappointed. I love the design. It connects so seamlessly with my iPhone. They fit around my neck well, fit in my ears well, didn't fall out. The magnet was a great touch. I really love these until you put audio through them. If you like Apple headphones sound but dislike the design, these aren't for you. These sound NOTHING like Apple headphones. I'm so frustrated. I was hoping these would work out. How in the heck do people give these a good review on audio? What in the world were they using before?

As being my first set of Beats headphones, i expected them to be great and they are! the only thing is that 150 dollar price so i would wait for a sale or price match them like i did.

I bought these because of the reviews but I have to admit this is the worst product I’ve ever bought from this store. Sound is horrible. I thought I was listening to some 1987 Sony Walkman speakers. I really hope I just bought a defective pair.

I bought these around January and I’ve had to replace them 3 times in 8 months. They earbuds will stop charging and need to be sent to Apple, that has happened to me twice and the most recent problem I’ve had is the speakers in the earbuds fall out. The only redeeming quality in my opinion is how comfortable they are around your neck.

If you're into beats... I guess. But honestly, I'd prefer the oneplus Bullets. Same concept. Better sound. Cheaper price Tag.

Stopped working after a month or so

These BeatsX headphones I bought at Best Buy were great until they stopped working after a month and a half. I had only worn them a few times, and when not in use they were in a fabric carrying case. I contacted Apple for a repair, they sent a box, and two days later they sent me a message indicating I had damaged the headphones and they would not be repairing them. This was astonishing to me since I had only very lightly used them, they were in a case, and only a month or so old! Apple support was completely inflexible and unreasonable. Apple is great at supporting their other products, but buyer beware for any Beats product. I will now have to contact my credit card company to dispute the original charge.

I had these for a little over year. I have maybe charged them 15 times. I did not use them much. The sound was good when they worked. The other day I was gonna use them so I charged them for a few hours. After fully charged I could not turn them on. I called beats and they tried to reset them but did not work. They tell me to go to the apple store and let them check them out. All they said was they could not do nothing but charge me $70 for a new pair. I would understand if I used and charge them everyday that they would fail. I would also understand if I abused them from wear and tear that they would go out after 13 months but I did not. I took care of them and now I have $125 pair of beats that dont work that if u see them they look brand new. I saw on youtube that this is a common issue. Wish I had seen this before I bought them. Ohh well my lose right BEATS

These earbuds are great as far as comfort and sound. I bought 3 different pair of these buds from 3 different stores and the longest charge I got was 3.5 hours. That is the downfall since they are advertised up to 8 hrs. The sound is so good and the price was right so I am keeping them.

I bought these Beats earphones because i had a problem finding one that suits my needs. I was very disappointed with the earphones. Apart from being expensive sound quality was poor and have no bass. THE Sony headphones sound far better and are less expensive. NOT WORTH THE MONEY. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THESE YOU ARE PAYING FOR THE BRAND AND NOT QUALITY

    Not worth the $$

I have been looking for a new set of wireless ear buds since mine are about to give out. It so happens my nephew left these at my house after staying the weekend. Well, I figured perfect timing to give them a try! Let me just say, my wife's $40 Anker buds are better than these! There is absolutely NO bass and it sounds like you're listening to music through tin cans. I switched my playback to a different app so I could see if an equalizer helped any. NOPE! They fit well and have all the right functions/buttons, but I cannot get past how bad they sound. There are way too many other options at this price point. Some for even less! How these have a 4.5 star rating is beyond me. Don't waste your money...unless you're just looking at the namebrand...

After five months they stopped connecting to my phone. I went to Best Buy and said I had no warranty but I know I did and so I went to Apple like they told me to and now I’m here waiting to get a box in the mail so I can put my beats in it with the confirmation of my purchase. Just a waste of time and money. Never purchasing beats again from Best Buy.

    Not worth the Price

I wanted to like these, I really did, but in the end, they were a big disappointment. I was looking for a bluetooth earphone to use while exercising. The set-up was a breeze and overall, they felt comfortable. I did have trouble keeping them in place and all I was doing was moving my head. So, I know they would fall out while riding my bike. I didn't get that far with them. I tested the sound quality out with several genres of music. The bass is almost non-existent and the overall sound quality is as if I'm listening through a soda can. After 10 minutes of testing, I boxed them back up and will be returning them tomorrow. Even getting them on sale and as enticing as the included 3 mos of Apple Music - another $30 savings, they are not worth the net, net cost. I've never had good luck with Beats by Dre and was hoping this would change with the BeatsX. Oh well. Back to the Apple AIrpods.

    Lifestyle Headphones not Sports

After getting my first pair I thought they were Sport headphones but their not! They aren't sweatproof, which was surprising thinking beats is popular for that. But I got them, and the right headphone stopped working. So I just returned them, looking into purchasing the Jaybird X3.

These headphones move around way to much while running. If this wasn't the case, I would have given a better review. They also can fall off your neck completely if you do an exercise that requires you to lay down on your back(bench press, etc). I had to return them because of this annoyance.
