Bought these headphones based on the reviews. And right off the bat the sound quality was terrible! The stock headphones that came with my phone are 10X better than these. While listening to music there was absolutely no depth to it and the only thing I could really hear was the lyrics. For that price I was expecting so much more. Would NOT recommend to anyone!

I bought these in September 2016 and in August 2017 (specifically August 3) the battery totally died. Went and got them fixed at apple and today, July 27 the exact same thing happened. I know it's not just my pair either bc my boyfriend has the same ones and it happened to him too, just under a year and they pooped the bed! For $150 there is no reason I should have to have them fixed literally every year. Complete garbage.

Two pairs and both have issues. The x crossing idea is stupid since you end up pressing on the buttons when you bring your chin down and when not crossed the headphones will fall off when doing abs. Also, it is not sweat proof so the sound/pause buttons will start acting up and eventually fail. Two beats x and twice the same issues. I suppose they are good if you don’t use them to work out.

Great earphones, until the battery gives in. I had them for 8 months and suddenly battery wasn’t holding charge. Luckily Beats are owned by Apple so I was able to go into the Apple store to get them checked out. Only downside is Apple does not repair onsite. It has now been one week since I took earphones into Apple Store... will update once i get earphones back.

the sound isn't too bad but when you recording your voice audio message it is not possible to hear,

I’ve had three pairs of these headphones, and all have broken within 4 months, the warranty means nothing. I do not recommend. I’ve had the current pair for 5 DAYS and they broke, i’ve been taking extra precaution using them and they won’t repair or replace, even with the warranty.

Bought 2 of them, different colors. Only last up to 3 hrs, advertised for 8 hrs.

I don't understand how these get such good reviews. The only positive feature is the ability to charge with a lightning cable. Sound quality is no better than cheaper headsets. And battery life is horrible. Nowhere close to 8 hours battery life when using - barely 8 hours of standby batter life.

I have purchased two pairs of these ear buds and both have quit working. Apple did make good on them during the one year warranty and replaced them, however they quit again within a year. They will not charge. I will not buy this product again!

This is by far the worst sounding beats headphones yet. I love the design of the headphones; however, the sound is horrible. The headphones don't have any bass at all and I kept hearing static when listening to music. I don't recommend them at all.

I thought these beats were gonna have great sound, but the sound was terrible. I tried all the plastic ball sizes and it was still bad. The bass is especially really bad. better off buying $30 wireless headphones

This product sucks. One headphone stopped working 5 months after purchase. I was told they would be replaced through Apple Support and then was told the issue wasn't covered under the warranty.

I have had these for less then a year, I take good care of my things yet the wires are broken in the same place

I enjoyed my beats until they stopped working after working after 3 months.

it falls out of my ears too easy the sound isn't the best uncomforatabale
