Stopped working just after the warranty went out. Very sad as my wife really liked the comfort of this unit. But comfort is useless if the unit doesn't work. Don't buy and go with another brand. I had heard Beats product quality suffered when they were purchased by Apple. Now I know.

Purchased these and 10 days later they stop functioning. Apparently, you need to reset them when this happens which is an annoying process in itself. Resetting them didnt fix it either. Then troubleshooting suggested I download them with the latest software update. Nobody has time for all that nonsense. I shouldn't have to work on a product I dropped $100 on. I went with the Bose bluetooth and am very satisfied.

I took them back, volume was at a minimum..went to the beats solo3 witch I am very happy with..

I purchase these for work purposes only. I couldn’t work without the earbuds falling out. I took them back the next day.

Its great that its wireless but the sound quality isn't very good and the battery dies fast. Every other day I have to charge it.

Did not function well with the Samsung. Would not switch over from music to voice or go back to voice, Had to keep manually reconnecting.

I often use the head phones as a hands free device to talk on the one however it is difficult for whoever is on the other side to hear me

Battery life is good. Sound OK, but a bit "tinny." I am not one who likes "thumping" bass, but these could use a bit more low end.

The only time this headphones do not work well is when you are laying down, it keeps falling off, other than that its a pretty nice product

LG tones last way longer and have more controls. Sound quality is ok not work price.

This is very uncomfortable to wear for very long. Sound is OK. Air Pod Pros are a much better choice.

My ear phone stopped working after I started using it during my workouts

It basically falls into what I wanted to spend on a gift. And looking among all headphones, the dr. dre were the best at that price

Difficult to wear earphones They were hard to secure in ear. Many ear buds came with beats package but securing in ear were hard to fit

Love beats, it has been working great for 8 months until one day it just completely stopped working. don't know why?!

It needs more bass. Other then ,that I never got my Free 3 months Apple Music which it was supposed to come with.

These are just a flat tone no bass. Battery does not last that long. Not worth what I paid.

Constructions is great however I have been experiencing issues. When I turn it off, 4 out of 5 times it will restart and turn back on.

The ear phones are descent but the battery life is low. I bought these for me son and daughter and both have the same complaint.
