This is my first Beats purchase and I’m highly satisfied with the audio quality. However, the length of the charge is not quite what I expected. I rely heavily on my headset throughout the day but I find that I have to charge them back up a couple times in day... Other than that I have no problems.

The sound is great! However the cable can be quite uncomfortable when running/ workingout! I recommend these earphones because they are great quality but I do not believe the price matches the overall performance! There are other less expensive earphones from different brands that work as good as these.

Beats beat all the other headphones I tried (of similar technology)! An excellent Bluetooth headset that operates as advertised. Excellent, clean audio output. Battery dies at around 8 hrs. Charges in about an hour. A key cool feature function: headset easily switches between Apple devices, i.e. iPhone, iPad & MAC. No regrets. Purchase. Enjoy.

Bought these in March 2017. The sound quality is good, but connectivity is spotty. I wear my headphones a LOT. This is the second pair of these that I own. Both had to be sent in for repair within 6 months. This pair- Apple refused to repair- and sent back to me, but they were returned to sender because I wasn't there to sign for the package. They sent me an email stating that I had 60 days to contact them or they would be considered abandoned and disposed of. Life got busy, family got sick and it got put on the back burner. I missed the fine print in the email about the 60 days. I called them today (about 75 days later) and they were gone. I asked why they couldn't just mail them and have them left at my door. That seems more reasonable than destroying them, but whatever. I will not be buying another Apple product again.
