Happy with purchase, fell short of my expectations

I already owned Beats Studio(LOVE), but was wanting wireless, and not so big headphones. Love the 5 min. fast charging, the case holder for them, the option of multiple in ear sizes to try, very light weight. What I don't like...to big around my neck, no way to tighten, & WHERE is the bass?

Worked fine when they worked.

Unfortunately after 3 months they just randomly stopped charging and I had to send in for a replacement. Very inconvenient especially since I treated mine like gold! Didn't even work out in these and they got plenty of use. For the price I should not have any trouble!! Especially not software issues...
