The headphones sound good, not loud enough sometimes. But they will not stay connected I have to reconnect them at least twice for it to stay connect to my note 5.

With the W one chip and small your insertion point these earbuds are really nice however the cable is not so nice it really does become a hindrance and does flap on your neck a little bit also it is not sweat or waterproof and is a little on the pricey side

I got these for a great price and they sound very good. I do not like the bulkiness that the wires are, they hang down beside your face. I would not buy these again.

They lasted about as long as most beats headphones. They aren't made for the everyday workout person. They will start to breakdown. The sound quality is excellent though.

I love these earphones, the only flaw that I have with them is that it is always hard to turn on. I have to press extremely hard on the button to turn them on, but not the case to turn off because it is a simple soft push and it turns off.

The quality of sound on these is great. However after only a few months the Bluetooth connection stopped working! Supposedly the only way to troubleshoot is through Apple in person

They lasted me 6 months then whacked out on me, great when they worked just not durable. not the first pair to bug out on me either. 160 bucks for 6 months of operation. not the best bang for my buck.

I've have owned for 3 months and it has just stopped powering up. Not damaged, just stopped. In the meantime, I have become disenchanted with the design (apple supported, but they moved the mic and volume to the opposite side). Additionally, the length of wire between the earbuds and neck holder (ineffective) is excessively long (and I have a XXL head and a neck to match). I believe that these were designed for two small people to wear at the same time. I'm letting apple try to fix them, but I will probably beg best buy to take them back. look for something else.

Pros are the W1 chip which makes sync to Apple a breeze and the lightning connector for charging. Cons are the sound is a bit lacking in bass in my opinion and while then wrap around the neck keeps them from falling away it can be a bit annoying.

Purchased for husband for Christmas gift. He appreciates the wireless function however sound quality is just eh... could use more base to avoid tinny sounding music. Children have the wireless powerbeats and those sound better but not as sleek as these.

The sound and quality of the product are great. I didn’t like the design of these headphones; how the charge port & on/off button are different parts of the headphones. Makes them look ill designed.

Bought these for my wife. She enjoyed them for about 13 days and then decided to return them. She has bery sensitive ears and dis not like how the earbuds suctioned into her ears. Otherwise, she liked them but decided to go with the beats that hang over the ear.

I am enjoying my first pair of wireless earbuds. Well made and easy to sync with phone. Buds stay while working in the yard and can wander through the house with minimal issues. Would like longer battery life than the 5-6 hours I experience.

The sound that these have is good and clear, and the weighted bars that sit on the shoulder are nice. I dont think the tiny buttons are very user friendly for advancing songs or any tasks without looking.

I love the design. When not in use the magnetic ends of the earbuds snap together and they are out of your way. I absolutely love these. The sound is not the best quality, however, and I was a bit disappointed with that. If that was improved they'd be perfect!

I was super excited about the product only to find out it doesn’t hold a charge. I wouldn’t really use them and they would only hold a charge for about 3 hours. The quality of sound is great.

Sound is great and these are very convenient for public transport. Unfortunately they are not sweatproof so do not bother purchasing if you plan to use at the gym. They will not last.

After ordering the Apple AirPods I came across the BeatsX on the Best Buy website. After reading the reviews for both products, I immediately cancelled my order for the AirPods and purchased the Beats. I defiantly made the right decision!!

I was skeptical about using these for working out at first because I have small ears and have trouble getting earphones that will fit without falling out during heavy physical activity. Only bad thing is that because they’re white makeup gets all over them. Had to exchange for the gray ones.

Buy these for the convenience, not the sound quality. These are perfect for the gym and when I am cleaning. Very comfortable and last a while on one charge. But my Apple headphones sound better.
