Bought a lot of earphones but nothing is as good!!

Great product I would recommend it to a friend!!!!

I bought these for my son in law for a gift. He was not impressed with them once he started working out. He complained they would slip and not stay in his ears once he started sweating.

Love the feel, they stay on your neck when not in ears. There was just one HUGE problem, they aren’t LOUD enough. No bass, no anything that would make me think they were beats if I didn’t see the logo

These were ok, not great. They had good bass but terrible clarity. They fall out a lot. Returned them for some Bose and I’m really glad I did.

Sounded great until just after warranty battery is totally dead - will not hold any charge. $200 seems expensive for a product disposable after 1 yr!!

Was kinda disappointed I owned some wired beats headphones/earbuds and they lasted for years and were great. These wireless Bluetooth ones just didn’t live up to the previous generation

Works ok though the sound is not quite as good as that coming straight from the iPad. I used it for about an hour after the first full charge. The next night the battery was dead, and I had to charge again.

So I’ve had these wireless headphones for a couple of months not even a year and it have given me so many problems. First few weeks when charting you were able to see the red light to show you it was charging. After the first few weeks it stoped working. So I will have them charging and the only I knew it charged is when the light was white. Then while using them the beats x will power off on its own without notification. Now if it was a low battery it will beep and notify its low. I am upset about these wireless headphones. I will not recommend them.

Good sound, more balanced than most Beat products, quality has some issues as I had to have it replaced at the 12 month mark and the replacement is not powering on after 6 months.

Bass for the headphones are not the best. When I raise the volume they started to staticky. I had to return them since I was not please with the product

The three control switches make it difficult to use. Returned mine and opted for a jaybird pair. The sound quality was very loud however.

I am an Apple fan. I was excited when Apple took over Beats but the sound quality has gotten so poor with the new models and it is so disappointing.

I have a Samsung galaxy s8+ and I got the beats back in August they worked just fine. Until two days ago they wont pair up to my phone anymore. Can they be checked. Repaired or replaced?

Ok so actually, I bought a pair of refurbished beats first but those died in the right ear after 4-5 uses. Luckily, I was within my 15 days to bring them back and so I decided to shell out some extra cash for a brand new pair, expecting them to last for like 2 more years right? WRONG. I’ve had these since late April and I use them about 5x a week at the gym, and again, my right ear is losing sound. Now I sweat quite a bit at the gym, but I’m not a cardio queen, so there’s not a lot of bouncing about, which leads me to believe: these are crap.

Bought these as a Christmas present. Broke within a year the first time and then after sending them back and receiving a new pair, new pair stopped working only few months later.

Super silkly (grabby) silicone case rode up and out of my soft chinos and committed suicide walking through a local store.....soft case, incidentally, doesn't make a sound when it hits the floor. R.I.P.

the product sounds really great but they are so light they are easy to misplace there was a few times i had to feel my neck to see if they were still there

I was surprised by the poor sound quality I also own beats solo3 and love them so I was shocked in the drop off in sound quality in this product.
