I have had two sets of these, but the second was not by choice. I had my first set for about 6-7 months, then they started to blink red/white and unable to connect. I contacted Apple support and they mailed to me a replacement. I had those for about 6 months and then had the same exact issue, but since they were a replacement from Apple, that warranty was only good for 90 days. So if you like to switch up your earphones about every 6-7 months, these are for you. If not, maybe look at something else.

Not the greatest in my opinion.. I mostly bought them for phone calls and not have to worry about the wire getting in the way.. The connections just gets worse and the call progresses...

I love everything about this but one side just stopped working within a year. I use these for about 6hours a day, one ear piece only. Battery last about 6 hours top.

Something is wrong with these. Excellent when they are function. 5 stars. However they completely crapped out and Apple had to replace.

Full disclosure - I have a headphone problem. I own probably too many of them for one person, but it's a small vice. Some guys like to buy sneakers or watches or cars or tools. I buy headphones. Anyway, here's my review: I have the Powerbeats 2 and these X's sound so much better to me. That's the key: To Me. I listen to a plethora of music from electronic to rap to rock to alternative to classical to even talk radio (you get the point). Bass punch and treble are balanced nicely. They may even sound slightly better that my Bose Soundsport headphones (my gym pair). The seal I get when I put these in my ears blocks out nearly all ambient noise and I typically can't hear people talking-a feature my family thinks is particularly annoying (a plus? :>)). They fit nice and comfortably in my ear canal and are incredibly comfortable - I forget I'm wearing them after a while. My only negative comment is I won't be able to take these to the gym, since they're not sweat resistant. I can't downgrade my star rating of these for that though - they don't claim to be sweat proof.

They would not connect to my Samsung S8 plus, but would connect to my work IPhone 7. I'm assuming this is because apple owns them now.

I expected better sound. It’s been a couple of years since I bought the wired beats so I thought the sound would be greatly improved. I now use it as a hands free speaker.

... they break. In the two we purchased, both sets lost one side of the ear buds. The sound was great while it lasted.

Headphones are ok but these are the beats you're used to. They get loud enough but don't have enough punch. Honestly I would just save my money and get some Skullcandys.

The sound that comes from the headphones is great, however as a fit when running I wish would be half as good as this sound

OK. Nothing too great. Bought it for use with an Android phone but little disappointed with the regular disconnection and choppy audio if the phone is in the trousers.

It was great at first indoors but after a couple weeks. The headphones were not that great. It kept cutting out and the background noise made it hard to hear the person.

Good headphones, but the battery life sucks. If you use headphones a lot I wouldn’t recommend these you’ll be charging them multiple times a day.

Before purchasing this project, I reviewed several sites and thought that this product would be great for what I needed. Mainly work connection to my phone, however there were no notes that this product works best with an iPhone. Unfortunately, my Samsung S8 didn't like these headphones. Constantly disconnected, no matter if I reconnected or reinstalled. I even tried to connect to my laptop. No go. Perhaps if I had all Mac products, it would work better. I returned these headphones for a LG product.

Not a bad product, but you're really just paying for the name. There are other's that sound just as good or better for a fair price.

I didn't like the sound and it didn't do what my LG's did so I went back to them. I am not one for returning things do I kept them.

I've owned beats many of times, however these didn't stand up to the same standards. I had to have them replaced by Apple twice!

Way too complicated. I couldn't figure out the buttons, how to turn it on and off, answer the phone, change the music, etc. Cost too much to be so difficult.

Ive had better headphones for $20. probably wont buy again.

I was a bit disappointed with the sound but it could be because I am using them with my phone. No real complaints. Easy to use and love the quick charge.
