Uncomfortable

Poorly made nonsense

Apparently, you need to reset them when this happens which is an annoying process in itself. Resetting them didnt fix it either. Then troubleshooting suggested I download them with the latest software update. Nobody has time for all that nonsense. I shouldn't have to work on a product I dropped $100 on. I went with the Bose bluetooth and am very satisfied.

Very uncomfortable

Earbuds keep falling off
