Great when they work

No damage. Due to the contract with Apple, you cannot exchange them in the store for a different pair. They must be mailed to Apple. We just sent them off. From all of the reviews I've read online, it is a known issue, but nothing has been done to fix it.

Beats die in less than 1 year

It’s unfortunate because these were my favorite out all Beats I’ve purchased (Powerbeats2 (x2), tours (x1) and (X x2 - lost a pair here). I’m finally done with paying $200 for Beats by Dre. I tried to support but I can’t anymore. I’m trying out Bose next.

Poor sound quality with wireless bluetooth phone.

To much Interference when using to talk on the phone. Thought there was something wrong with my hearing. Bass...bass...bass, to much I'm told.
