Expecting really good sound, I get mediocre (at best) Lo-Fi lameness. Kind of bummed, I returned to the store as soon as I returned, but they said it’s been too long to do anything to help me upgrade or actually do anything constructive. I know. They have rules. I hate returning things. It’s so belittling. Especially after 6 months, but I did attempt to remedy my nearly worthless purchase of what I had been sold as “the best”. My friend’s stock Samsung phones sound WAY better. Oh... I work as a union sound mixer for motion pictures, so I’m not just rambling. I really wish they were great!

I’m luck if I can get 2 hours of listening after a full charge. If I would have kept the packaging I would have returned these.

Not a great buy

The battery life was ok the sound was so so, and it finally broke on me and I only had the buds for about 6 months. I would not recommend the beats x

Bummed out these failed to deliver

I was furious that I didn’t buy the protection in these. Also disappointed in Apple & Dr Dre that they would put out a dawg product like this.

The headset did not stay connected to the internet. I tried many times to update, this did help. I have owned BeatsX I. The past, I was dissatisfied with ty hese.

Good while they worked

They would still turn on but they started to disconnect through Bluetooth and reconnect but eventually they stopped connecting even after troubleshooting!

Stopped working

I thought the first may have been a defect especially since it happened so quickly but the second pair failed as well. The first pair just stopped powering up and the second pair the right earbud stopped working.
