The plastic piece that fits on the bud is uncomfortable

Seems like you are paying a premium for the beats logo. These didn't sound any better than other headphones and I hated the way they hung around my neck, the wires curled way out in front of my face. Returned almost immediately after trying them

These were practically new since I’ve only used them maybe 5 times total and they stopped working all of a sudden! And then with no insurance on them, there was nothing I could do. Very expensive for the quality. Not recommended!

I was very excited to buy the new Beats X (April 2017) as they had just come out. Less than 3 months later (July 2017) they stopped working. The red light kept flashing then the white light. I contacted Apple and they replaced my damaged pair. It’s now July 2018 and the replacement headphones stopped working. I never had so many problems with headphones as I had with Beats X. I contacted Apple and although they “understood” they said I could get a new pair for $79 as an “olive branch”. The headphones are only 15 months old with a replacement in between. I have read so many complaints about these headphones after the fact. I paid $149 and feel cheated after a year of use...uggh!!!

Doesn’t stay charged, not clear when on a call. Purchased in May 2018 and it’s only October 1, 2018 and I’m already having issues with them. I have been oh so careful with them, yet it drops off calls out of nowhere and disconnects randomly!

Look for another brand not beats. Volume goes up and down randomly. Pauses randomly. Bluetooth sometimes doesn't connect. The sound is good, but you will have a hard time trying to make it work.

I normally wear Apple AirPods while running. I purchased these to wear for a 10K road race one weekend when I had forgotten my AirPods at work. Even though the BeatsX earphones come with several attachments to accommodate different sized/shaped ears, NONE of them worked for me. No matter which attachment I used and no matter what angle or depth I pushed them in at, they would not stay in while running. At the start of my race i pushed them in tightly and they fell out within the first 100 meters of my run. I ended up having to run the entire 10K with them dangling around my neck... completely useless. BTW, the AirPods have NEVER fallen out of my ears. Those things are awesome.

Love them wish the battery lasted a bit longer tho

1. It does not connect automatically when I receive a phone call. I have to press icons to get it to connect . 2. Continued battery life for 8/hrs is not correct it has to be charged often if you’re on the phone continuous in a 8/hrworkday .

I looked forward to these being released but was highly disappointed. The sound quality is terrible. They are harsh on Treble and have no Base. I tried all the ear tips with no improved results.

I mean, the headset wrapping around the back of the neck is cool... Unless your doing something where gravity is involved and you have to repeatedly fix that part... The ifrogz are inexpensive and you don't have to worry about someone stealing them...

Cable that connects one earbud to the other is flimsy, and it is starting to break. So I don’t take it with me anywhere. Using a w1 enabled device is awesome though, it can pair to multiple Apple devices. Just wish it was more durable.

I went from the el cheap I LG headphones to these in hopes of a better sound and more volume. Huge let down! Volume is less, run time is maybe 5 hours and sound quality sucks!!!

I really think these things are over rated. Have them to my son because my cheap Sony pair sounds better than these. Battery life is not great Way way over priced ! All about that name

They were well made nice pair of headphone, but they just was not for me. i waited 6 months for these and i finally got them. Sound was ok build was good i just did not like them and took them back. i got a pair for my son and he loves them.

Excited until I got them home and tried them out. The sound quality was Not as good as the standard earbuds that came with my iPhone. I was hoping for substantially better quality similar to their other beats headphones. I was disappointed.

These didn’t work on arrival. Wouldn’t turn on. It seems like there’s a problem with them and Apple or Beats don’t care to fix them while continuing to sell them.

I purchased these not to long ago and initially, they were great! Now, they won’t stay one and I hardly ever use them. I’m very disappointed because I had heard good things about them. I’m hoping the store can help :-(

Never again. Not enough bass, way too much treble, cannot customize sound, break easily, too expensive in comparison to quality.
