No Longer Working!

We have tried the reset-letting the battery drain, and this did not help. My husband also purchased a set of sports ones and they are being sent back due to issues.

You can get noise-canceling headphones for about the same price. The sound quality is just ok, I feel you are paying for the name. Disappointing.

That was the only thing these headphones did well. The audio sounded hollow and the bass was non-existent. I returned these as soon as I could, and bought Airpods instead.

don't buy apple care isn't worth it.

Not worth the money

It wouldn't connect with my phone anymore. I had a similar issue in the past with these earphones. I bought another to see if it did the same and it did. Honestly dont recommend.
