Worst product, do not buy!

Dre beats X, I know what the X is for, x is for do not buy, x is for did not pass quality control.

When I did notice I thought about canceling my order, but then I decided just to wait and see what I got. When I received them everything looked great, clean and as if they were brand new with all accessories I paired it with my phone immediately and the unit works flawlessly.

Yohance in particular was informative and courteous at all times. I spend a lot of money at Best Buy (a lot for me, anyway) and having someone like Yohance there to reassure my purchases makes parting with my money less stressful. The guy’s alright. Thanks.
