    The beats are great but I’m writing this review to give credit to your sales staff. Yohance in particular was informative and courteous at all times. I spend a lot of money at Best Buy (a lot for me, anyway) and having someone like Yohance there to reassure my purchases makes parting with my money less stressful. The guy’s alright. Thanks.

    Got these as a gift for my wife, everything about these were great except the sound. They pairing was simple, the battery life was great but the sound quality was lacking. We ultimately returned them.

    I would give beatsX a five star review if the first pair I bought had lasted longer. I bought a cheaper set of earbuds before buying my 2nd beatsX and did not like them so I ordered new beatsX.
