Great for Apple, Terrible for Windows

I bought these primarily for work video calls, since the speakers on my Windows laptop are terrible, and they constantly have audio drop or don’t work with the computer’s volume adjust. Great for Apple users, terrible for everyone else.

It has not even been 1 month and I already have issues. I charge these headphones for hours and get less than 3 hours of usage before it dies again. I actually charged it overnight before and the indicator showed fully charged. When I turned it on the beats app said it only has 3% charge. Now I have 2 of these in brand new condition and not working. The other one just stopped accepting charge after 5 months.
