Definitely worth spending the money on quality items

Sound quality is good but ear comfort not so hreat

Great sound, but almost impossible to keep it connected .. Constantly disconnects and long process to reconnect

Nice sound quality good price all and one real good

I bought the beats as a Mother’s Day gift to myself. The right earphone stopped working three weeks after I bought it. The volume and distinction of the sound can at times be very poor. I find that I have to turn the volume really high which I don’t like to do. I regret buying these and at this point I can’t return them. If I had to do it over I would spend extra money and get the earpod.

I've owned four pairs of these headphones. LOVE the sound. Used them every day, and the battery life was great. Now, the bad news. Pair 1: Lost after 4 months. Pair 2: Purchased refurbished, stopped working within a year, warranty didn't cover it b/c warranty was from ORIGINAL purchase date--as in, whoever bought them the first time, before they were refurbished. Pair 3: Purchased new. Stopped connecting after 6 months. Warranty covered replacement. Pair 4: Power button stopped working after 6 months and one week. Unfortunately, the original purchase was still where the warranty began, so that one week on top of the 6 months meant the current pair, though i only had them for 6 months, were not covered. Fool me three times, shame on me. Too bad, because I loved them when the worked. Time to try another brand.

Process was done quickly and efficiently. I would also like to thank the team member who helped me with the process and made my experience great. I would definitely recommend that people who are interested in purchasing any products from Best Buy, use the curbside pick-up.

Hard to fit comfortably in my ears. Battery holds very little charge. Hard to turn on and off while wearing them.

Beats have a great sound. Easy to connect blue tooth.

Sound quality ok. The only issue I had was they wouldn’t stay in my ears. So I had to returned them. Plus they’re really expensive.

I like the concept of the headphones being able to rest around your neck, although they can be a bit cumbersome to store when not using.

These headphones are awesome. Work great at the gym.
