    Purchased them as a Christmas present for my 16 year old granddaughter. She was excited to get them. I read other reviews that were not good but I decided to buy them anyway. The first time that she tried to charge them they would not and have not hold a charge so they are back in the box USELESS! A total disappointment. Do not waste your time and money. They cost too much to be defective right out of the box!

    These work fine, its just that to me the sound quality is not very good. The bass is missing and the overall sound is less than I would have expected for a Beats product.

    This product is average quality. The hook up cable is thin. Sometimes it’s difficult to hear the conversation from the other side clearly when using the phone function.

    Very good product as far as sound but difficult to keep in ears. They tend to be difficult to keep from falling out of ears.
