Average earbuds with cord. Cord is a pain but they work well.

I had these first in our family and my pair stopped charging just under a year. Against my recommendation, my wife got these and just under a year stopped charging. My daughter wanted these and I already knew what was coming. First, Bluetooth constantly disconnected (not drops) and wanted to pair every time they were powered on. If you are expecting Apple to honor their warranty think again. These were sent in with a tech response of "Could not duplicate" and sent back. Now they don't charge at and required another in-store visit just to have them sent back for "REPAIR" when they obviously defective.

They don't last. I Bought 4 of them on different occasions and they all fell me.

I was extremely disappointed with this purchase!! When you buy beats you expect a certain level of Bass and it just isn't there. Music is very high pitched sometimes it hurts my ears and I have to turn it down. Also, they are definitely NOT silver they're just white. I would not recommend the purchase.

My daughter had the same Beats for a year and we bought her a new pair when we were told by the apple store that the old ones had an unrepairable malfunction. After 2 months the new ones are having the same problem as the old ones. They connect for 10 seconds, drop and then the lights flash. We have been talking to someone from apple for 15 minutes and they can’t figure out what is wrong with them.

These lasted 4 months. 3 rd set in 1 year. Do the math

I gave them to my daughter who has an iPhone 7. They seem to work well with that iPhone.

They are ok to listen to music and walk around the mall to talk on cell phone as well they disent

I was very excited to get this headphones and when I got them u got so disappointed to find out they're hard to connect everytime I have to turn of my bluetooth sync it and it doesn't tell when they're on or off and when the battery is low

My main issue is that these headphones don’t seem to improve audio quality in any way. On top of that, the band is awkward and the battery life isn’t nearly as long as advertised. I regret making this purchase.

This is second time I’ve had to replace these headphones. My wife likes them, I’m not a fan.

I would give 0 stars if I could. This is my 4th pair where they all broke the same way, doesn’t charge and eventually is just a very light paper weight. I will never buy these headphones or anything from this company(not best buy)

Lose connection frequent with phone. Sound is good and stays charge.

Kind of disappointed with the sound quality versus the Powerbeats Pro

They could be a really good product but they didn't fit in my ears.

These are not good for the gym or workouts and are not loud enough to overpower gym noise.

Sound quality not very good... but purchased at reasonable price

Girlfriend loved her gift. She was hesitant at first and now realizes it was a great gift.

I ended up returning these earbuds as somehow I could only hear sound from one ear. I followed all the troubleshooting advice I saw on YouTube and in forums that discussed how common this problem was, but ultimately returned the earbuds before the 2 week Best Buy return period expired.

Horrible sound quality bass is not the best wouldn’t recommend to buy for this price
