It was a gift for my son for Christmas. He is unable to get them to sync up and the battery life is nonexistent. Taking them back.

Bad battery

That was the only thing these headphones did well. The audio sounded hollow and the bass was non-existent. I returned these as soon as I could, and bought Airpods instead.

You can get noise-canceling headphones for about the same price. The sound quality is just ok, I feel you are paying for the name. Disappointing.

don't buy apple care isn't worth it.

Not worth the money

It wouldn't connect with my phone anymore. I had a similar issue in the past with these earphones. I bought another to see if it did the same and it did. Honestly dont recommend.

I had the Sony and it had better sound quality but I need to be hands free to speak with clients and this had a better mic for speaking. After a while they also bother my ears. I am disappointed because I heard such great things
