One of the worst product I have ever used. This is second time purchase, both lasts for only 6months. I will never recommend BEATS to anyone.

This star is for Best Buy's easy and convenient exchange service. The product gets zero star. A full charge lasts less than two hours for the first pair. The second pair does not get any better.

Would give 0 stars if possible. They hold a charge for less than an hour! The product says 8 hours which is a lie! My wife is in the process of trying to return them. Biggest waste of money!

This is my second pair. One side always quite working.

For the sale price they might be worth it at 49.99 but I can't see paying 99.99 retail for these. They also draw to much suction in your ears when you remove them it feels like your ear drums are being sucked out of your ears so beware.

This may be a quality set, however was no impressed at all with the sound, as it was not at all that loud nor was the bass impressive. I’ve had many pairs of headphones, including Bose and Sony. Skullcandy actually has been the in my opinion the best for sound

I heard these were great but they did not stay in my ears.

New from the box and it did not work after full charged all day... exchange for another and it does not work either.... hopefully after I return it, I will get money back or credit.

It connected once to my phone and after I charged it for a second use it would not connect to my phone no matter what I did. Very disappointed because other then that the sound was magical.

These do NOT hold a 12 hour charge, as advertised. They don’t even last 8 hours, through my workday! Not happy at all with these at all and I’m no longer able to return them.

They were great until they died at 6 months old. Every time I try to use them now, sound cuts out in a few minutes and I have to switch to a different headset. Now I’m looking for a replacement.

I'd say these are the price they are because the brand, style and then functionality. These don't feel the snuggest inside my ear and tend to just fall out when I go for a run, really annoying. I have to seriously jam it into my ear even with smallest ear piece.

After 3 days of using them the volume stopped working and it wouldn’t charge not sure if they were just defected or the sweat ruined them

This is the 3rd or 4th pair I’ve bought they stop working right after the warranty is up. I only got another pair because the was on sale for 49.99 I told my kid this is the last pair and to pick another brand

The sound quality varies depending on the fit of the earbuds... none of which that come with these work for me. These are fine for just taking calls but awful for listening to music. Very Disappointing.

after 3 weeks charger stopped working. 5 weeks after purchasing, sound no longer coming out of right ear piece. DO NOT PURCHASE WASTE OF YOUR MONEY!!!!

I was super excited to purchase these wireless headphones but unfortunately they don’t fit well in my ears. Even the smallest attachment is too large for my ear. The slightest movement makes them fall out. Very disappointed in this purchase.

Nothing unique. Might actually return. The ear pieces tend to slip. The volume is ok. Not a big fan of whole chunky rubber behind your neck headphones. Specially in the summer. The bulkness doesnt allow for you to wear in the front.

The sound is ok but the battery life on these headphones is terrible. I charge them all day and get 1 hour max. before they die. Not worth the money.
