Charged fully and did not turn on. Checked several YouTube videos and many people had the same issue. Returned them for a refund.

The ear buds slip out a lot which made it hard to exercise in. Ended up exchanging for the Dre Sport Power Beats (conform to ear shape and securely hold onto ear) which turned out perfect for my medium size “Dr. Spock” ears.

The first pair I got would not hold a charge and couldn’t even pair them. I exchanged them, an the next pair the battery only last 20 minutes then died.

The rubber that makes the neckband started to separate from the plastic days after purchase. It could be ruined if water entered near the side where the battery is housed or the side where the main circuitry is. This happened on a refurbished gray pair I bought from best buy years ago, wouldn't charge or turn on after the internal wiring frayed on the gray pair. I wouldn't recommend this product, especially since it's been on the market for so long.

Six weeks since purchased, not real pleased with the hassle to warranty can’t get a purchase warranty, so I bought a Jabra good sound Don’t particular like the way they fit

The product doesn’t wealth it, I only had it for 4 months and it stopped working. No one should waste their money on it. I am shopping for AirPod now.

A bit overpriced for average audio output. Only convenience is I can use the same charger as my iPhone/iPad. This new packaging DID NOT include the rubber storage pouch or the wings for better hold inside the ear.

Bought product December 2018, May 2019 it stopped working. Cant reset it, done. Also says its an 8 hour battery. Joke. Not even close. Look for a better product!

There was some problem with the battery. It was getting discharged in few minutes. May be the piece was defective so had to return.

Not even a year and they will not turn on. Can't do reset, update did not work and this is the third set that has done this! Garbage!!!

Garbage, battery life, 5 hrs. Sound, horrible, price, too high for what you get, ergonomically unfriendly. Hate them.

Bought these for girlfriend and sound quality needs work. You can hear static when talking on them I'm surprised with this brand. Other beats headphones are good but not these ones.

Barely used it and after 3 months won't work without it being plugged to power. My computer won't hook up to it too.

Died within a couple of months. Lucky Apple covers their headphones for a year and I got a replacement.

I bought 2 pairs for Xmas gifts sent to son in Netherlands and they can’t get them to pair with android devices. Bests was best before Apple. Money tossed

Purchased during Black Friday for a gift. After charging for not than 15 hours, these earbuds would never power on.

I purchased four of these for Christmas gifts. One set will not hold a charge at all. They carry the name but don’t live up to basic functioning.

Bought these on a whim when they were on sale. The charge doesn’t last and the sound quality is pretty lacking.
