These a re sub par imo at best. Cost alone to me does not justify a wire. I ended up returning and picking up some actual wireless ones for a little more and sound amazing.

I’m not sure if this was a bad product that I got. But the battery life is terrible. And I haven’t even had them a month.

The only reason I continue to buy Beats is the compatibility with the iPhone is seamless and the ergonomic design is marginally superior. The sound and quality are pretty poor.

very poor quality. It says up to 15 hour battery charge,and it doesn't even last 3 before it starts fading in and out.

I returned the item because I found it cheaper on Amazon and I was told that You cannot do a price Match The first time I received the wrong color

Less than a month of use and the left earbud already went out. Not loud enough can barley hear sound.

we never could get these to power on even after charging. best buy was easy with a return, but did not have another pair to exchange with.

Right side stopped working after 8 months. Prefer theses over wireless but very frustrating

Terrible headphones! I am so disappointed. After fully charging them they die not even an hour later.

Even though the sound is decent, the buds don’t completely fit into the ears securely enough. So for running, this would’ve been a pain, hence exchanging them to another pair.

I bought these for my wife and they were great for about a year and then wouldn’t turn on anymore, I was referred to apple which didn’t fix the product and was told I’d have to buy another pair. She liked them so much that I bought her another pair. It is now 2 months later and they are broken again with the same issue.

Replacing an old pair, and the quality has definitely gone down. Also they don't include the same ear tips as before. Pretty disappointed.

Poor battery life. Bought to use for wfh purposes. Needed a charge every 2 hours. Returned product.

No one could hear me when i talked on the phone, and the headphones werent loud enough

Nice packaging. Difficult to set up with iPhone OS14.3. It's hard to tell when it's charged.

I bought these for my wife, literally made it to the parking lot and then right back in to the store to return. I had my wife test them and she hated the sound. Very weak and hardly any bass at all. We were both very shocked as many people claim that these are so great. Sorry but no. We ended up buying the Jaybird at half the price and with a superb sound quality and much better bass than these Beats. I would NOT recommend these.

These litterly lasted a month tops & stopped working. Very disappointed in the quality.

Audio sound is very low. You can hear static sometimes. Battery life sucks. Do not buy

I don’t know why I continue to purchase beats by Dre. They are terrible head phone and never last. Do not purchase.
