I had a pair of UR beats and loved them, thought these were the natural replacements but boy was I wrong, I bought these to have in my work space just to be able to listen to music or use the phone during my lunch. The sound is decent but compared to their beat products I’ve owned they are very disappointing. Only if you ever find on sale for less than $30

As soon as the warranty expired, it first started connecting and disconnecting. Upon reading online and trying resetting, it stopped powering on. Apple was going to charge $79 for repair when it was on sale at $69.99. Buy only if you are ready to replace it after warranty expires.

I did not care for these earbuds. Uncomfortable, didn't stay in ears. Awkward to adjust sound level.

These are only good to use for the apple eco system. However, there are better and cheaper options out there.

Very uncomfortable! Sounds are okay. Wouldn’t recommend this product especially for the money.

They didn’t work out the box. They won’t hold a charge.

The battery is not good at all, work less the one hour

They never worked. I brought these as a gift for someone else. However, the person was using their old pair. They purchased a new phone so they decided to try their new wireless Beats x too. Nope, the things never came on. They charged but never came on. I can’t return them because of the date.

Horrible product doesn’t last long at all. Do not get:

It was always hard to press the power button. I should have returned it right away. I didn’t realize it was defective. I thought it was just hard to power on. Now it won’t power on at all and it’s been just over a year so i can’t return it! Buyer beware! Just bc you pay a lot of money for something doesn’t mean it’s good quality!

Really low and pick up everything very poor quality

Bought these for my mom..figured Apple/Beats would make quality earbuds. Unfortunately, they wouldn't pair and Beats suggested we return them after about an hour on the phone. Disappointed with these. Best Buy did a great job with the return, but from posts around the internet, it doesn't look like these fail a bunch.

Substandard quality of build. Does not connect well with Android. If I had the 30 day return policy. I would return it. At this point can really do that since I bought Apple care too. I request Best Buy to refund me! It's nasty and a dated product.

Decent quality headphones..but it's a struggle to have these buds stay in ears without falling out.
