They didnt even last me a year! One side gave out on me, I hardly even use them. Every beats product I purchase never lasts, I DO NOT recommend anybody purchasing there products

My Beats X have not been working for the last 2 months, keeps turning on and off, until I googled reviews on this product, there’s a default issue with the headset, after paying all this money I have to purchase another headset. Worst headset ever, not I know why I prefer Android.

Avoid this overly priced headphone. Purchased the second pair October 2018 by May 2019 the Bluetooth will constantly disconnect in the middle of my conversation or while I’m listening to music. After fully charging and resetting no solution. under warranty this issue is not covered -

Hurt my ears and fell out all the time. Not a good fit for me.

I have had to replace/repair more than 3 times in the short time I have had them. The headset is broken now but I have had it so I purchased another brand, SAince using the other brand I realize the sound quality is very poor. I do not recommend you waste your money,

I bought six of them and I gave it as a gift . I kept three and two is not working. It’s disappointing considering it is branded product. Planning on returning when the store opens . Hopefully it will be replaced or refunded .

I brought back the first head set because it didn’t work. These worked for a week or so and then on of the ear buds stopped working. I have had these before and they worked great for over a year. These were horrible I won’t buy these again from Best Buy.

Does not stay in place and tugs at my ears while I run.

We had bought a pair a little more thank a year ago and they stopped working. Thought it was something that we did but this pair of earbuds would turn on out of the box. They are garbage and I do not recommend them.

These are absolutely terrible. They are a pain in the neck to pair with my wife’s phone. Then when we finally get them paired to get them to sync after turning on is nearly impossible. My Bose are a 100x better.

Pros: Crisp sound Clean bass Light weight Easily pairs with iPhone and automatically names your headphones to the name on your phone. Easy controls Cons: Battery life ( about 6ish hours ) Max volume isn’t quite high enough for my preference but still does the job well. Tend to fall out when running

I figured these sound have good sound quality but I was wrong. Sound quality is not very good, sounds like a cheap pair of headphones. Glad I got these on the Black Friday sale and did not pay full price for them.

Horrible sound to be Beats. I guess you get what you pay for but I’ve gotten better sound from cheaper versions of this. No bass at all.. ugh! This may be good if you’re only using them to listen to podcasts.

would not turn on. researched the issue and the battery was junk from factory. returned for a different brand. not taking chances with the same brand. replacements are fine. bought for a Christmas present.

Thank God I got it on sale. The rubber earbuds made the sound quality -muffled. Its like listening to my Bose headset with cotton balls in my ears. That bad. The wire does not sit well on the neck.

Purchased for my daughters 13th Birthday. They never turned on. I had to return them to find none available to exchange. Ended up with the Sony version. Better battery life and no technical issues.
