These are TRASH. I've had them less than a year and the sound has gone out in one ear. Also, the light keeps flickering between white and red when I attempt to turn it off.

No matter what I do keeps falling out of ears . And also sometimes other person on line cannot hear me talking. Very disappointed. Paid a lot for this brand and thinking would be better

One of the sides didn't work from the moment they arrived. Apparently this is a common issue with these from the online searches. Also couldn't get anyone to stand behind a warranty.

I can't wait to return this item. It is too long and floppy. I thought I was getting the beats by Dre that doesn't have this problem, but I bought the wrong item. If the length were adjustable it would be great!

These are awful earphones. I thought Beats would have a much better product. I have $15 earphones that are much better than these. They have an awful sound.

I bought these from the web site. I charged them and couldn't get them to connect to any of my devices. After my experience with a TCL TV, I didn't bother exchanging, I just returned them

Piece of human doodoo. Best Buy doesn’t honor the manufacturers guarantee, they refer you to the closest Apple Store and wish you luck!

They sound stop working within 10 days of purchase. I returned them to Best Buy, and upgraded to APPLE earbuds. Best Buy took return with NO issue.

Very disappointing sound quality.. did not expect such quality for 100$ earphones that too from Beats.. returning them on first day

These stopped charging, pairing and overall just broke. Of course because beats...no protection plan needed. I’m very upset because they only worked for a minute bth.

Never turned on brand new right out of the box. Bought these cuz i've used them in the past. Won't be purchasing anymore.

They don’t work. I can’t get them to power on unless they are plugged into a power source and I can’t get them synced to the iPhone that they were purchased to used with.

These were a replacement for a pair for my niece for Christmas. Original ones didn’t work and these didn’t last two months. If you want bears, go with the over the ear headphones.

Purchased this as a gift. Very unhappy with item - I received complaints that it would continuously disconnect from phone!!! Had to return and purchase different brand.

These headphones have a cool design but thats about it, they are cheaply made and constantly have connection issues, worse pair of beats I have ever owned

Order did not include case, rating low because the spec said yes it included a case as well as the pictures included a case.

the headphone is ok for the music, but whenever you connect with the phone and try answer the phone call the people from the other side can't not hear you clearly and the mic quality not good.

Within few month only its not working and not able to on earphone. As per the best buy and beats this product has one year warranty.

Do not buy this! Buy the Powerbeats, or the Powerbeats pro. They broke, then the second pair won’t stay in my ears. Over priced too.

I got these as a Christmas gift for my husband and they have already stopped working. I thought these were supposed to be a too brand? Very disappointed.
