Inwoukd one star these i bought these for a gift they was broken out the box then took them back only to have the 2nd pair to break shortly after.

I loved these headphones, but they stopped taking a charge and they wouldn’t come on anymore.

Had these heat phones for about a month now and one head phone just stopped working out no where I want to return them

I really expected more from a beats product, especially since they are now affiliated with Apple, according to the salesperson. All in all, very disappointed

Expected better quality from beats. Bought two of these and returned them both for the same reason. Sometimes the button would answer but mostly not.

Only worked for a couple weeks. Doesn’t connect to Bluetooth anymore and keeps flashing white. We tried troubleshooting but nothing helped

Would not recommend. Me and my son started using them on Christmas and his already stopped working and mine are having problems.

I have only had these nine months and now they don’t stay connected to my cellphone. I will not buy another expensive set of headphones. Beats has to do better

No matter which different fit I put on it, they keep falling out of my ears just by turning my head. So I just wear at my desk in one ear.

Horrible product. Stopped working before one month. Paid too much for a crappy headset. Not worth it at all. I regret getting this product.

I’ve bought 3 sets of these Dr. Dre Beats and I will not buy another. They are junk, cannot be relied on and ALL three lost the ability to adjust L/R balance

If u have Apple AirPods don’t buy these. Actually bought thinking they would pair with my Sony Bravia TVs but they won’t pair.

Worst ever, it was very uncomfortable. I hoped that Beats can make a mid range headsets more comfortable with this price range.

Only one side is working after 6 months and tried to replace but apple is asking for money to service it

I had a pair of Wireless Powerbeats headphones for like 3 years and they finally died. My boyfriend had a pair as well and his needed to be replaced bc the part that goes in the ear broke (broke on mine too). With that said, I got 2 grey pair of these BeatsX for the both of us since they were on sale ($70). I couldn't bring myself to put out $180 for 1 pair when we both needed new ones. With all that said, I read reviews and they were all pretty decent. Some complained about the battery life but other than that the reviews were good. I have zero issues with them however, I use mine at work and when I go on my lunch break I plug them in. My boyfriend isn’t crazy about them b/c he says the battery life is not great. He gets a short break but is a truck driver so he uses them more than I do. Like I told him, the more you use them the faster the battery goes. When he listens to more music than he does talk on them the battery dies quicker. They work great for me b/c I’m at a desk but definitely would keep in mind the battery issue if you’re using them. Sound quality is fine. I can hear him clearly when I talk to him. There are sometimes where it’s a little unclear but that could be a connection issue with Verizon. Only issue I have with these would be that, with the PowerBeats, if I walked too far they automatically disconnected, when I got back in range to my phone they automatically connected. These do not automatically reconnect. Hope this review helps!

Does not work. Will not turn on. It’s been charged. I’ve ready all of the articles, apparently this is a huge problem.

Didn’t not last, not of good quality. Broke after a couple months of usage.

I haven't been able to use them because they won't turn on! And yes I made sure they were charged. Very disappointed.
