Excellent quality sound. I love that they are made by Apple and I can use my iphone charger. Bass sounds really good and the sound is crisp and clear. I usually by cheap headphones and probably would have again but these were on sale for $39.99 so I had to try and I am so glad I did, I highly recommend

Over all these are great headphones. The sound and fit are perfect. But I got to say what absolutely kills it for me is the battery life. I’ve left them on the charger for 4 hours and I can’t get more then 6 hours or so out of the battery. Which is disappointing. I’ve had cheaper pairs that the battery lasted more then the 8 these should give me. I plan on replacing them and I hope it’s just my pair are flawed.

These are amazing headphones and very user friendly and very convenient

great sound quality. comfortable in ear, comes w/ multiple buds to adjust to your preference. The downside is the battery blows. No way it lasts 8 hours, and that's not even expecting 8 hours of use. If you need consistent battery life, this isn't it. The power button isn't the best either, not a major issue, but could be better. Time to check out bose options.

I purchase my earphones in July of 2018, loved them at the time. They connect seamlessly with my iPhone and MacBook, the sound is pretty good. They sit comfortably in my ears, all around great. They stopped working out of no where at about 10 months, would show fully charged and updated but just would not come on. The replacement process with Apple was very simple and easy, only took maybe two days to receive a replacement pair. The new pair worked just as great, however now here I am again, little less than a year down the road and the same issue. They are no longer under warranty, and the service fee cost as much as a new pair. If you don't mind tossing $100 out the window every couple years, go ahead and purchase theses earphones.

I love these, super comfortable and has great sound quality. But.... I’ve had to to return them to Apple for replacement twice because they either stop charging, won’t turn on or one speaker goes out. They are super sensitive to sweat as well. As long as they’re working, they’re perfect for everyday use.

i love these headphones and i use them a lot that might be why ive had to get 4 pairs of these over the years but im upgrading to the beats flex its half the price or 1/3rd the price the first time i bought these id recommend everyone else upgrade when you can

I bought these for myself and my boyfriend in early March 2018. I have not used mine regularly, I used them for school about 4 times a week for 10 months. Now they’ve been sitting. The problem with mine is the battery doesn’t last as long as it used to. My boyfriend on the other hand has gotten a good use out of them. He uses them at work for music and being on the phone. He also uses them for the gym. He’s been using them regularly since purchase to this date (July 2019). He also has the same battery issue but just now one of his earbuds is no longer giving out sound. Only the side with the microphone works. Sad to say they barely made it a year and now the warranty is gone. So that being said, might not be a good purchase if you’re planning on using them regularly, they won’t last you in the long run.

Brought these based on the reviews. I own a pair of the studios and love them for the gym. I purchased these for when I go on walks because I didn’t want the bulkiness of the studios. I like them for a Bluetooth headphones as well however they only lasted for 1 year. I also brought my daughter one for Christmas. Neither lasted longer than a year. Sent them out for repair with apple care. Received another pair and they only lasted 3 weeks. In a nutshell, we now have air pods, the sound is great! Couldn’t be happier with my new air pods.

These lasted me for 2 years until they stopped working. They show that they are fully charged but will not turn on. For the $100 I spent on them at the time, I would've expected them to last longer. I really only used them maybe 2-3x a week for workouts/walks. The sound quality is fine, and if you don't want to spend a ton of money on decent headphones then these are fine...but don't expect them to last forever.

Unfortunately, there seems to be a design flaw in the BeatsX earphones. First purchase in October 2017, sent back in February 2018 for a full replacement [had silver original but Apple chose to replace with black :( ]. The 2nd replacement pair failed in September 2018 and was again replaced by Apple. It is now November 2018 and the 3rd pair have failed. Each pair experienced the same problem - the power button stopped working and you simply could not turn on or reset the headphones. They would charge, but just could not be powered on anymore. Sad to see such a product out of a company like Apple. Now, Apple customer service was great each time, but after 3 failures, I am turning to a different brand. Very disappointing.

I like these a lot, but have problems with them staying in my ears. They sound good and isolate well. Not hifi earbuds, but sound good. Love that I can charge with lightning cable.

I have had my beats x since November 2017 and in August, the right ear sound stopped working. I was sent a simple replacement under warranty and everything was fine until last week when they stopped connecting to my devices. Unfortunately, they are no longer under warranty so I would have to pay $70 to get them fixed. In a little over a year, my beats have malfunctioned twice. I am a college student so I simply use them walking between classes, while studying or watching Netflix. They are an everyday product for me but I randomly encountered issues. It is not worth paying $119 just to have an issue twice in a year. They provide great features and fast charging which was working great for me but they are not reliable at all.

I've been wearing them almost everyday for a little over a year now. Mostly wearing them during commute. They were pretty good at first, lightweight and the sound quality was decent. The fit in general was just ok. However, they won't turn on anymore. I tried several methods but they didn't help. Pretty bad value for >$100 headphones that lasted only about a year.

I am giving this a two because when they work they are some of the best sounding Bluetooth earbuds I've ever owned. BUT!, they seem to have a design flaw that strikes many owners. They will not come on even when they are fully charged. Mine died just a few days before my warranty expired. Apple replaced them with what was likely a refurbished pair that came with a short warranty. And now this pair is doing the same thing. Getting the run around from Apple so I said I won't waste any more time or money on this product. Good Luck if you purchase.

Excellent but could have more battery life if they double the battery area.. it would not compromise its comfort

I bought these on sale and initially was pretty happy with them. I used them mainly for work, rarely. I didn't use them much. The sound was great, deeper bass than the other wireless earphones I have. About 6 months of owning them, they just stopped working. I went through the troubleshooting suggestions and software updates but they simply stopped working. I will never buy another pair of Dre anything as this is the second Dre product I've owned that didn't work reasonably long. Too bad, they have the best, deepest sound...

First off, the battery life definitely isn’t even close to 8 hours. I got maybe 4-5 out of them. Second, the sound is meh. My pair of urBeats are much louder and clearer. These are way quieter. Wish I had saved the receipt.
