    Not impressed

Wasn't a fan of these headphones at all. The buds kept falling out of my ears because to cord was too heavy. And the sound quality was nothing compared to past beats headphones I've owned. Traded up for the powerbeats, which sound a million times better

    Low Battery Life

After fully charging the headphones, it only lasted 2 hours... very low quality battery life when it advertises up to 8hour battery life on the front of the box.

    Piece of junk

I got these about 4 months ago and one of the earbuds stopped working after one month or two. They don’t even sound as good as Apple wired headphones that come with the iPhone 8 Plus. I can only get the one earbud to work by putting it in a certain position but even then it’s rare for it to start working again. The only good thing I have to say about these is the battery life. The carrying case it came with was cheap and that is probably broke the one earbud. I would not recommend these. Apple is just trying to steal your money. There are so many better options out there the Sony and Bose. Do NOT waste your money on these. You will be very dissatisfied

These are the worst headphones! My first pair worked fine for 6 months then eventually the right ear bud started to crackle and stopped working. Since these were still under warranty I sent them back and received a new pair. 2nd pair didn't even last as long as the first pair. The exact thing happened on my replacement and right ear bud started to crackle and now doesn't work at all and i threw them in the trash. Very frustrating and disappointing! Save your money and purchase apple airPods. Never buying beats again!

I'm done with Beats. Second pair that only lasted a bit over a year. As much as I like the look, it's not worth the $$. Sound is just fine and I'm sure $40 Sony ones would have sounded just as good and lasted longer.

    Didn't work

I got these headphones for Christmas and went to use them a couple months later for the first time and they wouldn't even turn on. Tried to talk to Apple about getting them repaired under the warranty and said I needed the receipt because the warranty date was from when they were stalked on the shelf at the store not from date of purchase and unless I had proof of the date of purchase (which I didn't because it was a gift) there was nothing they could do. So basically if they break don't be surprised and make sure to keep your receipt or your SOL.

These were great at first, but then I began to have slight issues with charging. Finally, the charging began to work again, but then it would disconnect after about 30seconds of being connected to my phone. I contacted Apple and their solution was a $91 fix for a $99 pair of earbuds. I am very disappointed in my purchase, and will not ever be buying any Beats products again. I would recommend looking elsewhere unless you want to be out $200 for a functioning pair of earbuds.

    NEVER BUY BEATS

This is my second set of Beats headphones and both pair I've owned quit working or broke in the first 6 months. The first pair was an easy fix after a google search because Apple said they couldn't fix them and I would have to pay $100 for a new pair since I had already used my warranty. The right earbud on the Beats X headphones I just bought 6 months ago has already quit working and now I have to go through another warranty process. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND BUY A DIFFERENT BRAND!

Don't buy if all of your devices are from Apple.

Even a $20 wireless headphones from 2 years back can stay connected to 2 devices and prioritize between them. And this one cant!!! I looked it up and found out that similar kind of feature is there but only works if both the devices are from Apple. The sound is also bad compared to my Jaybird Freedom. I returned it just after using 1 day and got the jaybird x4 (as I lost my jaybird freedom) The only thing good of this one was comfortable to wear.

Eh, I was kinda exited for this product but it didn’t meet my expectations, very uncomfortable for everyday use, they really get stuck all the way in your ear, the smallest rubber size is way too big and it hurts the inside of the ear, I guess also once you’re used to AirPods anything else seems like whatever and not as great. I paid 40$ so I guess it was worth the 40$ but not the 99$ original price.

Just like everyone else, they worked for about 10-12 months and then won't turn on. They blink Red, then Blue, then Red. Went through all the steps and just turns off. Apple now owns them and they do the same crap with their phones, it's outdated so buy more apple products. Do not buy this product or any Beats by Dre product. They use to be good until APPLE corrupted it buy purchasing them. Ridiculous

Bought this at a Best Buy airport kiosk because I forgot my AirPods. Holy cow they are awful. No matter the ear cup size they pop out and sound like a tin can. Definitely returning ASAP

Very weak bass, almost none. Ergonomics is great: very light, extremely easy to set up, very few buttons (which makes the headset very neat), but the sound is junk. The Apple Wired EarPods are 100 times better. Very disappointed.

On all of them..I've bought Beats Solo, Beats by Dre and Beats X. I was hoping each time faulty product, but 3 separate models? I've figured out the common denominator here is the whole brand.

Had these only for two years and now they won’t connect. I’ve read online that this a recurring issue with beats. Before the one year marks they gave me issues. Had them replaced only to last one more year.
