Apple would not replace it disappointing. Only offered me 10% off new ones

This is my 2nd pair, the first I purchased when they first came out in 2017. From working at home, to using them at the gym or just using them while I’m out shooting photography, I can honestly recommend these to anyone, especially for the quality & price point!
