Have done back to back comparisons between the Pill+ against all the current offerings from the major competitors using my own source material and equalization settings. (Sony, Bose, JBL, Polk, etc) The Pill+ had the best stereo separation for been a single speaker as well as a good reproduction of the high, mids, and low frequencies for been such a small unit. There are probably better BT speakers out there, but not for the particular form factor of these speakers. Sony's SRS-HG1's came in a close second, I guess it all depending on the price point, since I was able to purchase the Pill+ speakers for a lower price than the SRS-HG1's, so it was a good value. For full retail price it would have been a real toss up between the two. The only reason why I subtracted a star was because of the MSRP price point.

My nephew reviewed other wireless speakers and chose this one. He had one before and someone stole it at college. Even though he could get a different speaker from another vendor, he again chose the Beats Pill Plus.

This was a gift for my son who is very tech savvy and loves music. He loves this speaker. It is small enough to be portable but big on sound.

Bought this for my husband for Fathers Day and it's amazing. Holds a charge for a long time. You can even charge your phone from it! We did run into one issue but it does not make the speaker faulty. But my husbands iPhone is a 5 and it's not compatible. If he had a 5S then there wouldn't be an issue. So for now we all play music on it for him. One downside we had is that it's not water resistant at all. So we feel the need to be careful with it. Even around too much humidity.

Was looking for a great Bluetooth speaker and I found it with this. I had heard the first Beats Pill and wasn't impressed. I thought I'd try the upgraded + version and so glad I did. You won't be disappointed.

The sound quality on this speaker is powerful and yet still crystal clear

I was lucky enough to get on sale. Music sounds superb...picking up on the right bars and the background music as well. Have not synced it with the other to have the stereo sound as of yet.

This unit has great sound. Holds a reasonable charge. It is heavier than I expected- it won't get knocked around!

The sound quality is great for such a small unit. Although it could be louder for my taste (loud!), overall it's a purchase I don't regret. I love that I can pair it with my phone. The auto shutoff is a nice feature too.

Sounds great and love that I can take it on the go w me. Also uses Apple charger which is great for me.

I got this speaker as a gift for my teenage son and he loves it! He’s been playing it since he opened it. It sounds great, as i can hear it in the hallway. Great purchase. Glad i got it!
