    I ordered the on ear head set and it is amazingly comfortable. The sound is by far above anything else I have experienced and does not bother the horrific tinnitus that I suffer from in both ears. Even though they are bigger than most head sets, they do collapse into a compact travel bag making it easier to transport in a computer bag or purse.

    The first pair we recieved out of the box was not assembled properly (one earpiece wouldn't swivel). With the second set, after eight months of DAILY use, the padded cover that contacts the top of the wearer's head started to fall out. HOWEVER, Best Buy at Brier Creek, NC has been absolutely wonderful honoring the warrantee that we purchased.
