We bought 3 of these for our girls. They were not opened until Christmas morning. There was something wrong with the cord; the plug had static. Best buy did not give us any hassle, which was great, but we ened up going back 3 more times for our other daughter's beats which did the same thing...each new pair had something wrong with the plug. Best buy was very good about it, but made us weary of ever buying on line again.

these headphones are a must for anyone that needs some. it is well worth the money you spend on them. I would recommend to all.

They sound great & look good. If they were made more durable I would rate them excellent.

This message was just sent to [email protected] To Whom it May Concern, I just went to Best Buy for the last time. I bought Beat Headphones on sale just after Christmas. There is a problem with the sound quality. I went to Best Buy and was told that due to a special agreement with Beats, that Best Buy will not accept my return of this defective product. Right, if I had bought your additional warranty, Best Buy would gladly accept the return of the product. When I asked if I had a defective HP laptop (which I do not have), Best Buy would gladly accept the return of the product without having purchased the additional warranty. How am I suppose to know about Best Buy’s special arrangements with their suppliers? How I am suppose to know what Best Buy will do if I buy another defective product from Best Buy? Please cancel my Best Buy membership (Member ID: xxxxxxxxxx) and I will cancel receiving any further email promotions from Best Buy. I would think with your competition including on-line shopping, Target, Walmart, Lowes and Home Depot to name a few that you would attempt to take care of your customers.

Looks good and sounds great but easily broken. Pretty expensive to break so easily.
