I like the comfort and sound of the head phones, but I have only had them for 1 month and the ear cushions are falling apart and I can't get anyone to fix them or tell me where I can find replacement cushions. The beats website says to take them to an authorized retail store, which Best Buy is one of them, and they won't do anything because it's beyond their 15 day return policy. Now I'm stuck trying to figure out how to this $400 paper weight.
