Being a stay-at-home dad of two girls, a business owner, and a full time graduate student, my wife bought me these for Christmas and let me just tell you how amazing they are. The noise-cancelling and Bluetooth connectivity functions are a must for anyone who constantly needs to get up to see what their kids are up to while working on homework. Seriously the best headphones I have ever owned or even tried. I cant wait to use them on our next trip!

I would say this could have been a good buy if the price was at $199... Its like buying a middle class phones with Pro audio price... I wanted to return, but was good enough for what I use it for, Paid Tooooooo Much! for it.
