    i thought it was too pricey to get a new one and it was on sale too so I got the "open box" since it says it's in excellent condition just like a new one complete with all the parts. However when i got it the cord for the charger was nowhere in the box. I just didnt bother returning it cause it was still a good price anyway.

    This speaker didn't work right out of the box. Pretty frustrating. It was brand new.

    The distance from the beats to the device has to be short, because if not; your music stops.
