These headphones are nice. There are several other options on the market to choose from. Sound quality is great. Does not have the swivel feature.

I don't usually indulge myself in such extravagant toys but this head set is well worth the money. I watch a lot of movies (Netflix, Hulu Plus, etc) in hotels rooms and the sound is like I am in the theater Besides I figure if they are good enough for Koby Bryant they ought to be good enough for me..

These are great headphones and probably the best looking and great sound quality on the market. However I really disliked that after a couple hours of wearing the headphones your ears begin to hurt. The headphones are a very tight fit I had them for about 2 weeks now and they still haven't seemed to loosed up.

Good Headphones, a little bit expensive though. Good sound probally the best headphones in the 'Beats' market. Only thing is kinda uncomfortable.

These headphones sound great and look good. It comes with a little carrying pouch and 2 wires that you can use to connect to AUX in a car. My one complaint is that its a little tight around my head

The Beats MIXRs are horribly uncomfortable.

I've tried stretching them out over a pot for 48 hours and still awful to wear. Constantly squeeze my head and put strain on my ears and neck. On top of that when I wear my glasses this goes above and beyond being just unwearable. The one thing that is decent about these is their sound quality. If there are similar headphones as far as sound but just far more comfortable that'd be the ticket. Beyond overpriced!

The sound quality is exceptional on these but I found that they fit too tight. I found that they fit tight on the ears and cause much discomfort. I returned these and went back to the Studios.

The guy who made the first comment obviously wasn't paying attention to the market segment of these headphones. They're meant for pro DJs, NOT for 40-somethings who want to sit in their (soundproofed) dens and listen to Radiohead with $500 Grados and a technics Mks. DJs, who often work in noisy, bass-heavy environments, obviously have different priorities than audiophiles. Now, for a REAL review. First off, for DJ headphones, which usually are rather lacking in the sound department, these have great sound reproduction and have the best response curve for DJing (even more than a pair of technics). The Mixrs also have excellent passive isolation. However, in other qualities, they are lacking. The construction is not made for DJing at all and monitoring with one ear becomes a two-handed task whereas technics take only a quick flip of a can. Also, they can be extremely uncomfortable with hardly any space for your ear lobe to fit. These qualities make the beats a bad choice for field use. If you're a bedroom or hobby dj, these should work just fine, but they aren't meant for primetime. It also makes them a horrible value. My advice? Get the beats pro, yes they are more expensive, but they are built like a Flemish dam and are much more comfortable. If you are indeed looking for the best sound possible, try AKG, Koss, Grado, or Sennheiser.
