    This headset had static and loss of hearing after only 3 weeks. Best Buy agent informed me that the new return/exchange policy was 15days and it was now 29 days after purchase. There was no extended warranty because Beats had been purchased by APPLE. They finally made an exception and allowed me to get another one for a few dollars more. Hopefully, this one will last much longer. I will continue to shop with Best Buy because of their customer service.
