    Gave 3 stars because it's just ok item. The sound is acceptable, however the bridge cushion is slightly uncomfortable; also, the control doesn't do anything - i tried to change volume, pause the music and NOTHING!

    The cord/jack broke within 7 days. Best Buy wouldn't replace or even attempt to send to Apple for repair. Best Buy Greek Squad Tech told me that Apple wouldn't replace or repair. I reached out to Apple. They did In fact replaced the product. The process took about 5 days and at no cost to me.
