Sound Problem

Totally understand I could have purchased true noise canceling with giant ear coverings. Connection seams to be misshapen as I have to purposely connect my computers (2 different) to the headphone jack to hear audio thru both L and R channels.

We also have the newest beats the are cracking above the year and those were 300.00 and something they will not replace or fix them either!!! BEATS ARE NO LONGER CONSIDERED TO BE GOOD QUALITY!!!!!

Christmas Gift

The headphone jack got stuck in her phone and when I reached out to BEATS the quote to repair was the same to purchase a new pair.....so I'm on defense on Beats right now; however, when it was working the kids loved it....I would only recommend if you but the warranty.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased these headphones on Black Friday and after using them for one night I returned them and kept my JBL-700 headphones that I had bought as well. These Beats are really not that comfortable and the sound quality isn't really there per se. I suggest spending $50+ and purchase JBL-700 headphones. You'll thank me later!
