Never buy the floor item

The pair didn't last a WEEK. However, when the headphones were working, the sound was spectacular!

Poor quality

We were on vacation & tried returning 16 days after purchase. Best Buy wouldn't let us return after 14 days. Luckily we went to Apple and they exchanged it. I will only purchase items from Apple from now on!
