I was very disappointed with the sound of headphones.

I broke my first pair and Apple replaced them. Tge chord breaks off easily. The same thing happened to the second pair. No replacement. Not happy. Good sound but not reliable.

Bought these for the twins , they loved them until they broke on them plastic is cheap and will crack in the cold , guess they the bottom of the line for beats

I bought these 1.5 years ago and barely use them. They're stored safely in my desk drawer at work for when the office gets too loud. Today the sound went out in the right ear completely, which I can tell is from a loose wire in the headphones. Only one-side of audio for me now. If you want these headphones, I would recommend the extended warranty, if available. A repair would cost $6 more than the headphones cost me. Also, these definitely hurt my ears with the amount of pressure they put on them.

I bought this pair as it had more metal and wouldn't break as easily. However, after 4 months, it stopped working and without a warranty, nothing i could do. Total waste of money.

Horrible, the wire gets chewed up and one ear stopped working. Definitely not tye quality of Beats. Its a knock off with the beats logo. Save your money

Had the headphones less than 3 weeks before the headphone jack broke off into my phone. Given the price point on these I would have thought the durability would have been better.

I will never buys these again. I bought these as a Christmas present and not even a month later the wire was loose & would not work in the one ear. I take them back just for an even exchange and BESTBUY would not replace. So after an 1.5 hours on the phone with APPLE I sent them back to find out I have to pay $60 repair fee for a defective pair of headphones. That is just ridiculous. WASTE OF TIME & MONEY.

So, the Jack cord is now stuck in my iPhone 6. I don't feel as if I did anything to make this happen. Jogging?? I called Best Buy and they told me it's a Apple product and the warranty is through Apple. Hmmm

I am disappointed because I purchased two of these items and one pair started to short out. When I went back to best buy I was told I needed to contact manufacturer although it haven't been that long.

I had to return these because I couldn’t hear when I used them. In addition, the mic was so low down that I had to hold it near my mouth in order to be heard when I spoke.

This product is ok the cord is very thin and flimsy. The headset is stiff and a lil uncomfortable, so I guess you get what you paid so.

Easy to use but useless. I am using the headphones plugged into a keyboard. When the sound level is moderate or higher there is significant static, buzzing, and distortion. The sound is only acceptable (and not more than acceptable which isn't saying much for a pair of earphones of this price) when I'm playing they keyboard so softly that is is very difficult to hear. I am currently using a cheap $5 pair of earphones that have dramatically better sound quality.

I was told to plug the headphones into the bose speakers, which I did, and I couldn't hear anything out of the headphones. So for $129 I have a useless set of headphones.

I wanted a headphone that would be loud enough. Sometimes it works both ear or just the right side

Bought these for my son as a Christmas gift. He’s had them a little over 2 month and they stopped working. He only wears these in his room to play his switch so I know they’re taken care of. I’d try buying another pair, maybe Bose.

They are too tight so can not use for a long time. The sound quality is so average.

I bought these headphones for my son around 2 months ago. The beats headphones already has developed a short in the cord. When hes listenening to music or watching videos its quite annoying because sometimes he can only hear out of oneside. I cant believe that I paid so much money for them and its no better than the cheap ones that I previously bought in another leading store. I wish I could exchange them but I cant find the receipt !

These r like the cheap call center headphones . Do Urself a favor & put the extra money up so U can get the best 1s!!!!!!!

The headphones were not very deep and the range was not full. I also didn't like that they did not completely cover the ears.
