I bought these headphones less than a year ago and they have been well cared for. One day, while being unplugged from the iPad, the jack just comes apart, seperates (not broken off in) and gets stuck in the headphone portal. To make matters worse, they (BEATS/Apple) don't stand behind the product, so much for a warranty. Guarantee my next set of headphones will not be BEATS

These don't compare to the old beats I brought. The ones that bare the apple name suck and play really low

Fake Dr Dre Apple product They don’t have a serial # My headphones broke and I went directly to the store I purchased them from with a receipt and they would not exchange them or fix them. I called Apple care, they confirmed they were not an Apple product

Earphones have a 'fuzzy sound' after minimal use. Would not buy again.

I have given up on this brand. After trying over 3 diff pairs of Dres products I have stopped hoping to find one I'm in love with. From the fit, to the way they are made, I was pretty unhappy with every pair i tried. I ended up gng with BOSE.

Ordered these as a Christmas gift for my college student. First she complained there was a shortage in the thin wire, so only one side works. While checking it out, the Beats headphones jack broke off inside my iPhone! Now I'm stuck in headphone mode, having to fix iPhone and of course the headphones are useless. Thanks Apple

I only use the headphone at home and at the gym riding the exercise bikes. They are already falling apart. I have $20 skull candy that are still in tact after years of way harsher use. I am delicate with the Beats and still falling apart. Didn't last 6 months......

I return this item no practice for my purpose i need one cordless

Input jack broke within a month of use and Apple is a pain to get service from.

The tip of the plug to the cord of these brand new Beats broke off inside my brand new Iphone upon the very first use, the very first time I removed the headphones from the phone. I couldn't believe it. Best Buy better make this right by replacing these Beats and repairing/removing the remaining piece in my phone!

There is a defect in the part you plug into. I talked to other people, and their set broke the same way. This was a birthday gift, but since 14 days had passed since the purchase I could not return it to Best Buy for another one. The person only had the gift for one day before it broke.

over priced, sound quality is meh..not comfortable on my head

Purchased 28 days ago. One side fell apart. This pair was to replace another pair purchased almost 1 year ago. The first pair's left side failed to transmit audio. Will never buy these inferior headphones again. These deserve a zero rating.

Not a big fan of the beats - they didn’t last long

The headphones plug broke off in my son's I pad after about 2-3 weeks of use and now headphones don't work at all. We were able to remove piece from his I pad but Best Buy wouldn't return and neither will apple.

This product came broken. They are delivering a new one.
