Right side does not work when using iPhone adapter. But when I connect same headphones directly to laptop both side work. I did try a brand new iPhone adapter and got same results.

Not a good quality. Sounds came couple of seconds later. And price also high with this price I expected a Bluetooth Headphone. It’s a old school product.

My wife told me about the Deal of the Day were these Beats EP On Ear Headphones. At first, I was hesitant because I prefer Bose headphones for overall sound quality. Over the years I've tried several Beats headphones in the store and have never been impressed due to the messy, muddy sound. I decided to take the leap and purchase these headphones because it was a great deal for only $65 and I have been in the market for some quality on ears for some time now. I'm so glad that I got them. They are definitely a steal for under $100. I honestly couldn't see myself paying more than $100 for them though. They are very clear, comfortable and very well built. I am very impressed with how far Beats has come. I'm still going to stick to Bose because I love all of their products but I'll be giving Beats a second chance from now if they're on sale. I would have liked to give them 4.5 stars because I feel like you still miss out on some of the higher notes in the music but again these are fantastic headphones nevertheless. I got the black set and they look awesome. Good job Beats!

Was bought as a Christmas gift. The plug in broke within a week. Tried to exchange at store but was told I couldn't. So now stuck with a pair of headphones that are no good.

Had these headphones less than 6 weeks and already the jack where it plugs in to the device has bent and broken in two. Have had beats over the years and each pair gets cheaper. Wont be buying this brand again.

Plug broke off into tablet after only a couple weeks of use. Can not get Best Buy to take the item back. Waiting to see what Apple will do since they own Beats. Do not buy these. Poor quality and no help from Best Buy.

I bought these at Walmart and the plug broke and stuck in the phone within 2 weeks. They didn't have a replacement so we bought them here. Within 1 week, the same thing happened. I would give it a 0 star if I could.

Broke on me after 2 weeks of having them. They aren't very durable extra fragile and not a good thing with kids in the house.

Bought this for my 7 year old and they only lasted him 28 days before the plug stopped working, apple said that wasn’t covered under their warranty. Save up for the wireless instead!

The sound is OK. You can expect better quality from headphones that cost a fraction of this price. After a few months, they needed tape to stay together.

The cord broke the first day we bought them. I tried calling Best Buy support but they said there was nothing they could do since I didn’t buy the warranty.

these headphones broke twice in less than a year. apple repaired them for free the first time and now they arw charging me $100 to fix the plug. it broke the same way twice.

I fought the headphones because my friend recommended them, however I did not like the way they feel on my ears. If ur working out the leather gets super sticky and uncomfortable.

My son used this for two weeks. The cabled frayed and Best Buy would not except a return. Claiming it was caused by us. Not worth the money

My beats by Dre plug broke off in my tablet & I only had them a week! The lady in customer service was very rude when I returned them!!! I will not be returning to this store!!!

I purchased this wire beats by Dr.dre not so good. The wires brake from the buds also bestbuy dont offer insurance for them so is a bad purchase.

This pair did not work that well. It says there is a mic but we have never been able to get mic to work

took 2 year warranty and it ended up malfunctioning and when tried to replace had problems getting it done.
